issue in installing mobicip certificate on the second iphone (worked with the first iphone)

Dear Sirs,

I have two devices I want to manage with my premium subscription: iPhone 5s and iPhone 5.

On iPhone 5s I installed the app and also the certificate and I see it registered in mobicip web dashboard (including apps monitoring)

On the second iPhone it is failing th einstallation of the certificate: it is always saying please enable Safari, but safari is enabled.

I also tried to remove every apple restriction, reboot but still when I try to install the certificate mobicip app is telling me to enable safari to continue with app monitor profile installation

Can you please help me
