Mobicip has not functioned on my computer for over a week. I have reloaded your program thinking that was possibly the issue. It allows ALL content on all sites and doesn't show any data for the computer on my Mobicip account.
I have sent multiple requests for assistance with Mobicip not working and have yet to receive help with this issue from a real person and not an automated reply. Computer is without filter for over a week now and I really need some help from a live body that knows what there are doing and can help getting your program to work!

Internet not be filtered and data not recording on account.
