No, you will not get notified in case of device factory reset. However, the option to reset the device to factory settings can be protected by restrictions passcode. Once you enable restrictions option with a passcode, user will be asked to enter the passcode when they try to restore the device, without which they will not be successful. To set the restrictions passcode for your device >> please launch the Settings app >> General >> Restrictions >> enter a 4 digit restrictions pass code.
For Android devices - you can block the Settings app through Mobicip restrictions and user should not be able to get to 'factory reset' option then. Please launch Mobicip app > Menu > Settings > Mobicip > App restrictions > enter your passcode and block the 'Settings' app in the list.
