Forums:
In fact it says, "Error connectingt to the server (-4, The certificate for this server is invalad. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be "auth.mobicip.net" which could put your confidential information at risk.) And it had a "Retry" button which brings this sane error up again. I tried deleting and reinstalling but the error persists.

Network Error
I am receiving the "Error connecting to the internet (-2)" message. What does it mean and how do I fix the problem?

Re: Network Error
We are sorry for the trouble you are having.
Is there a possibility that your device has the date, time and time zone set up wrong? Our dev team mentioned that this is the primary reason for the error message, so please go ahead and make sure that the time, date and time zone are set correctly on the device and let us know if this resolved the issue.
If the problem still persists, the easiest way to resolve the problem is to delete and reinstall the app.
To reinstall Mobicip Safe Browser, press and hold the icon until it begins to wiggle, then delete. Visit the App Store and search for Mobicip. Install the app by selecting BUY NOW. Make sure that you use the exact same iTunes account that you had used before to purchase the app. You will not be charged for purchasing the same app again.
Once you install the app, login using your existing Mobicip account credentials and you should be able to use the browser without any issues.
Please let us know if this resolves your issue and you are able to access the internet using the Mobicip Safe Browser. Otherwise, we will be happy to assist further. Also, please let us know the time zone that is set up in your device so that we can isolate the cause faster.

Re: I keep getting "Network Error" when mobicip tries to connect
Hello NipRing,
We are sorry for the trouble you are having. We are not sure why this error comes up, but other users have reported this issue when there is an instability on the device or the operating system itself. The good news is that there is an easy way to fix the issue by deleting and reinstalling the app.
Touch and hold the Mobicip icon until it wiggles, and delete. Launch the App Store on the device and search for Mobicip. Touch the $4.99 button and select BUY NOW. Use the same iTunes account that was used to purchase Mobicip before, and you will not be charged for the repurchase.
Once you install the app, launch the app and login using your existing Mobicip account credentials and you should be able to use the browser without any issues.
Please let us know if this resolved your issue. Otherwise we will be happy to assist further.

Devices loose internet connection...
Hello
I installed Mobicip on 2 phones, one I phone and one android. Both devices lose internet connection constantly, either from the wi-fi at home or the internet on the phones themselves. I reinstalled the app several times but the problem continues. They can't place video calls with Whats app, and several games get kicked out suddenly. Apps and phones are updated on versions, no memory space problems neither. I deleted the app and everything works smoothly. Please help...
