In a different way from the 'how does it work' link above.
The way that mobicip filters makes sense to me, but how does my account on thsi website, and your filter effect my browsing? On the netbook version (which isn't released yet) is mobicip run as a proxy, or a DNS server?
My question really is, with my ISP there are certain sites that I can access without using up my monthly quota (i.e. a download mirror and some video/audio sites). Will using mobicip mean that all my internet traffic will be routed through your proxy/DNS and thus will not appear to come from inside the ISPs network, meaning that I can't access these sites 'quota free'?
