How Do I Assign A Device to Each Child

My children are glad that they finally have a service where they can use the internet on their iTouches. I purchased a premium subscription for two devices, but on the website they are both assigned to one child and the second child has no devices assigned to them. How do I manage this so that each child has their device assigned to them?

Same issue

I have the same problem, why can't I assign the device to the child who it belongs to?

Re: Same issue

Hello Darrell
Please note that the device - child user mapping has to be done at your end on the devices itself. Launch Mobicip app on the device >> touch the Gear icon for Settings >> select current user profile >> enter your email and password for authorization >> select the appropriate user profile in the following page >> Done.

For Android device - launch the Mobicip app, go to Menu > Settings > Mobicip > User Settings. Here you can choose the appropriate user profile for the device.

Assigning kindle to mobicip

My children have kindles. Although my son's app is assigned to his profile on the device, that does not show up in the mobicip dashboard. Instead, the dashboard claims that no devices are assigned to him and that the device has no profile assigned. The device is also showing "No Data" under "Last Reported", as if it has never been used.

This isn't a problem on my daughter's. Hers is identified correctly and shows use from today.

I confirmed today that his profile is correctly selected on the device. It not only showed he was selected, but had the updated status of his filter being on "moderate" setting. I had just changed that this morning. So, there is some kind of communication between the device and mobicip - but it isn't showing up in the dashboard.
