I can't even setup my kids devices and I find it extremely sketchy that I can't just click on a "unsubscribe" button in my account settings. Doesn't make a new client feel confident in the services.

We are sorry for the trouble. We suspect that Google Family link restriction is enabled on your Android device and that is causing the issue. We suggest you to disable the same in your device Settings, delete and reinstall Mobicip app and check if you are able to set up the device successfully then.
This might also happen if there in another VPN service already enabled on the Android device.

The FAQ below the pricing table shows a link that a customer could use to submit a cancellation request. We receive tens of cancellation requests on a daily basis and respond to them in a prompt and efficient manner. Having said that, we will work on making this more easier from within the account and app.
