Firefox/IE Freeze

When I use Mobicip on my pc with either Firefox version 36.0.4 or IE 11 my computer freezes if I do any browsing. The only way to recover is to do a hard shutdown (turn the power off). The computer has been freezing for a period of time. I finally uninstalled mobicip and now it isn't freezing. How do I debug this issue?
