We are having some technical problems with our servers today that may manifest in one of these forms when you use Mobicip:
- Slowness in launching Mobicip.
- Premium settings not being applied correctly. Please be assured that the default filtering will still apply.
- "Error connecting to the network" messages.
- Missing activity in your reports.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our team is working hard to fix the problems. It is the same issue reported by other services that use the Amazon EC2 cloud. Mobicip has not been impacted that much compared to others. Please bear with us and we expect to restore normal service asap. You should see updates on this thread in the next few hours.
UPDATE 1: Most of the problems reported have been resolved. The only problem you may continue to notice is some missing activity in your reports. Please be assured that the reports have indeed been collected, but in some cases haven't fully sync'ed across server instances. We will post an update here when all reports have been restored.
UPDATE 2: The problem has been fully resolved and functionality has been restored. Some Premium users might notice a missing window of activity during a few hours last week. This data has not been lost and will be restored to the account from the archives. We will post an update here when the activity reports for those few hours have been restored.
