We just purchased a full subscription and I am trying to install the software on our desktop computer and I keep getting the same error "Device Already Registered.!(404)". We have never set up this computer on Mobicip and need to get it set up ASAP.
Please help!

Please note that error code 404 indicates the reason - 'Device registered as premium with another account'. Do you know if the device was enabled using a different Mobicip Premium account? If yes, then the device has to be released from the previous account before it can be enabled using the new account.
If you can please let us know the email address that was used for enabling the device in the past, we will release the device from that account at our end. Then you will be able to login using your new account.

I installed Mobicip on my desktop computer under insuranceleads111@gmail.com. When I installed the software on my laptop and attempted to log in it just says, "device already registered" and gives that 404 error code (or whichever code number it is). Not using a different account.
