DNS resolution problems

I have had issues with DNS resolution since installing the Windows version of Mobicip.  I have logged a support request (#129551 - 2 months ago) and still have no resolution.  It has been over a month since I was told the dev team was looking into my issue and I have received no updates since that time despite requesting one twice.

I verified, again, this morning that Mobicip is the issue when I had several sites that could not resolve with Mobicip installed but had no issues after I uninstalled it.

I am very willing to work with your dev team to get this resolved, please have them contact me or give some sort of update.

At this point I have had no choice but to uninstall your program so that I can perform what should be basic functions on my network and hosting service.

We are extremely sorry for the trouble you have been facing. We sincerely apologize that it is taking longer than we thought to investigate the issue. Our dev team is actively investigating the issue and we will keep you posted on any updates regarding this. Unfortunately, the issue is a little more complicated than what we believed earlier and hence the delay in resolving it.
 
Please bear with us and we will make sure that your issue is resolved asap.

Update?

Gita,

Can I get an update on this issue. I still have the original problem and it has been over 3 months since the last update.  Again, I am more than willing to work with your dev team to help resolve it.

Hello Pat,
It appears that you contacted us reg this through our Email Support as well. As we mentioned in the email, our dev team confirmed that the issue you reported will be fixed in the next update. We are working diligently on the new version and it is in testing phase now. You can expect an announcement from us soon. We really appreciate your help and patience as we work towards your satisfaction.
