Difficult Cancellation Process

Is it correct that the only way to cancel my account and prevent auto-renewal in 7 days is to send a broadly subjected message to technical support?

 

It seems that a more direct communication or user-initiated option would be more appropriate?

Yes, to cancel your subscription, all you need to do is send us an email. We are sorry if you feel this as a difficult process. We understand your concern. We take great pride in providing the service we offer, and we take customer feedback seriously. Your feedback has been reviewed at the highest levels within Mobicip and will be acted upon.
 
Please note that we do provide directions on the pricing page on how to cancel the Mobicip subscription. The FAQ below the pricing table shows a link that a customer could use to submit a cancellation request. We receive tens of cancellation requests on a daily basis and respond to them in a prompt and efficient manner. Having said that, we will work on making this more seamless by allowing cancellation from within the account and app.

Cancelling subscription - received NO response - HELP!!!!

Hi there, I have been sending Cancelling request to email support@mobicip.com .. I got the automatic reply from them. According to the email, the response time is less than 24 hours. It has been a week now - I have not gotten any response from them. Please take action ASAP. Thank you for your assistance.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. It's highly unlikely for us not to respond to Premium cancellation more than a week. As mentioned above, we receive tens of cancellation request emails everyday and we respond to those most probably within 24 business hours. Please let us know your Mobicip - registered email id and we will investigate further asap.

I cancelled Mobicip before the free trial was up and I was still charged.

When you mentioned that you canceled - did you send an email to our Email Support and got back response? Because that is the only way to cancel your account/trial. Please confirm your Mobicip - registered email id and we will investigate further asap.
