Device still registers as basic subscription and mobicip won't recognize device as using my daughter's profile.

We already have a premium subscription but the second device I have added (days ago) to our account still registers it as basic despite me e-mailing you to ask for it to be added to our premium subscription. Also, on the device the only profile option I'm given is the one with my daughter's name on it. This is selected on the device but when I check the mobicip website it says "This profile is not currently being used by any device". I can change filtering levels on the profile from High school to middle school, etc., and time limits on the "un-used profile on the website. The profile continuse to be registered as unused. However, the device will recognize a change from high school to middle school etc. It won't, however, recognize time limits. I did e-mail you requesting a phone call to resolve this issue and I provided a number to contact me on. I look forward to hearing from you.

We are sorry for the trouble you are having. We may need to look into your account settings to isolate the exact cause of the issue. If you have contacted our Email Support already, you should have gotten a reply with suggestions/solution.
