Forums:
I just loaded the app and setup the blacklist and whitelist using the premium account. However, it still seems like I can access blacklisted sites from the mobile device (ipod touch iOS4). Is there a delay for the blacklist to trickle down? I'm not using the www.prefix on any of the sites in the blacklist.

Hmm... I sync'd and that
Hmm...
I sync'd and that seems to have gotten the blacklist activated. Do I have to sync every time I make changes or is there a way for the browser to download the information automatically?

We are sorry for the trouble you were having.
Actually it is not the sync'ing that helped. As you rightly guessed the first time, there may be a delay in any changes to the settings to be propagated to all our servers. The device will fetch new settings from the server on a preset schedule, and if accessed within this schedule, changes made in the last few minutes may not be reflected. Also, there are several server instances running at any given time, and it takes some time for changes to be propagated.
The delay may be as little as a couple of minutes or less, up to a maximum of 15 mins worst case. I hope this makes it more clear. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

4-hour delay and counting
I added two whitelist sites FOUR HOURS ago and they're still being blocked. Also called the assistance phone number on your website and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message TWO HOURS ago and received no response yet. This is shitty service. I'm asking for a cancellation and refund.......as soon as I can figure out how since that's also next to impossible!
