Chromebook - child deletes account

On Chromebook, my child deletes his account and reinstalls it. Then it is not encumbered by Mobicip. Any suggestions. I have blocked "new accounts", but since this is an allowed account, he is able to install it.

We suspect that your child has admin previleges in the Chromebook. Please note that the very first account used to login on a Chromebook is designated as the 'Owner' account, which has special privileges. You may want to login using your own Google/Gmail account the first time on a new Chromebook to ensure that you retain the 'Owner' privileges. We suggest that you follow the steps outlined in this page to reset your device and add your email id as an admin account.

You can then follow the instructions in this tutorial to setup Mobicip on your kid's account. Let us know if you need further assistance.
