Can't Add iPhone to Profile

I am so very frusterated.  I have a profile for my son.  I have his kindle and his ipod set up.  Neither are reporting any apps.  That is problem #1.  Why are they not showing up under devices for apps.  It's like it doesn't recognize the profile on the device.

Problem #2 is that I cannot get his iphone to show up in his profile.  It uses the same apple ID.  It shows up as a device, but I can't get a profile on it.  I have tried and tried to install  from the APPS menu, and now I am getting an error that says cannot install Certificate myCA.

Please help.  His phone is where he does the most browsing.

We are sorry for the trouble you are having. We need to look into your account to isolate the exact cause of the issue. Please send us an email to our Email Support via your registered email id and we will investigate further asap.
 
Reg your other concern with App Monitor profile - We suspect that a profile is already installed in the device. Please note that you can have only one management profile installed on the device as per the limitation imposed by iOS. Hence you need to delete the existing profile before you install Mobicip App monitor profile on the device.
Simply follow the instructions in this tutorial to get setup.

In case you have no other profile installed on the device and still having the issue, please let us know and we will investigate further. You can check this by yourself in Settings > General > Device management.

Settings Dilemma

The settings icon in the mobicip app on an iphone 5s is not there like it is on the ipads, please help. I have removed and reinstalled but cannot get ti to show.

Hello Christopher
To access settings of Mobicip app in iOS device:
- Launch Mobicip app on the device
- touch anywhere on the screen
- touch the action icon at the bottom tray (an icon with arrow)
- there you can find the Gear icon for Settings
