Can't access Outlook (Office 365)

You guys almost have the perfect app we are looking for block extension and uninstall alert features etc. but we couldn't simply get through our Outlook inbox and we tried everything. We can access it Outlook app but unlikely on the desktop. Can you guys fix it please? Thanks

We are using Chromebook: Version 88.0.4324.186 on desktop.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We may need to look into your account settings and device config to identify the exact cause of the issue. So, please send us email to our Email Support via your Mobicip - registered email id and we will investigate further asap.

Meanwhile, please try the following and check if it helps. Try adding the below domains to the specific profile website whitelist, wait for five minutes and check if the issue is resolved.
office.com
office.net
live.com
microsoft.com
skype.com
outlook.com
office365.com
microsoftonline.com
