To Whom it May Concern,
I have been trying to upgrade to a Premium account via the iOS Monitor App, but after I input my payment information (and I have checked numerous times to make sure said information is accurate), I receive an error message reading: "Verification code is required." I've attempted to input the verification code for my credit card countless times, but I always receive the same error message. Once I close the error message box, the area of the form where the code is entered is blank, but the rest of the form remains filled.
I've also attempted to sign out and back in, and I've uninstalled and redownloaded the app. Is there any way I can purchase the single device $9.99/year without paying via the iOS Monitor App?
I know I can purchase the Premium upgrade through your website, but I would have to pay $39.99/year for five devices. Since I'm only monitoring one device, I can pay $9.99/year through the iOS Monitor App. I'm not going to pay $39.99 when I can pay only $9.99. Please advise.
