Cannot Purchase Premium Upgrade in iOS Monitor App

To Whom it May Concern,

I have been trying to upgrade to a Premium account via the iOS Monitor App, but after I input my payment information (and I have checked numerous times to make sure said information is accurate), I receive an error message reading: "Verification code is required."  I've attempted to input the verification code for my credit card countless times, but I always receive the same error message. Once I close the error message box, the area of the form where the code is entered is blank, but the rest of the form remains filled. 

I've also attempted to sign out and back in, and I've uninstalled and redownloaded the app. Is there any way I can purchase the single device $9.99/year without paying via the iOS Monitor App?

I know I can purchase the Premium upgrade through your website, but I would have to pay $39.99/year for five devices. Since I'm only monitoring one device, I can pay $9.99/year through the iOS Monitor App. I'm not going to pay $39.99 when I can pay only $9.99. Please advise.

Hello Yvonne,
We are sorry for the trouble you are having. Please note that we are experimenting with different pricing options based on customer requests for bundled licensing for multiple devices. We recently changed the pricing from $9.99/year/device to $39.99/year/5 devices on Apr, 2014.
 
We are in the process of phasing out the old pricing and hence you may not be able to purchase per device plan anymore. If you wish to have your device covered under premium subscription, please visit our pricing page and proceed with purchase of our bundle pack plan. The new bundled pricing supports up to 5 devices for a $39.99 per year subscription.
 
We understand that $9.99 per device is a very attractive price point. However, even though we have hundreds of thousands of users, there aren't that many that upgraded to the Premium option. It turns out that most people value a product based on the price and not the actual quality of the product, as many studies have shown. Due to the poor adoption of the Premium upgrade, the price point became unsustainable. Even though we are a young company (6 years old now) we do have to generate enough revenue to sustain our costs at a minimum.
 
The $39.99 price is based on a competitive analysis we undertook, and as a result we matched our pricing to the lowest comparable pricing we could find. Most other competitors (like NetNanny, for instance) charge almost the same price per-device.
