Cannot access user profiles on any web or computer

When i try to access settings, I can access all features, such as device, reports, but when I try to select filter profiles, I get an error

I have tried Chrome and IE, 2 different Win7 PC's and an android tablet.

A temporary glitch in our server could have caused the issue. We suggest that you give one more try and check if the issue is resolved now.
