Dear customor support. I am trying to cancel my account before it is automatically renewed. I DO NOT want my account charged and renewed but your company makes it very difficult to get ahold of anyone without a contact #. I have noticed many complaints of people who would like to cancel not getting through to your company. How can I resolve this issue ASAP.

Join the club. This site just suffles you back and forth between the same pages with no ability to cancel. I will put a notice out on Yelp and e-Opinions about inability to cancel.

To cancel your account and or subscription, all you need to do is get in touch with our Email Support. We will do the same at our end and send you a confirmation email. Please confirm contact via your Mobicip - registered email id and we will proceed accordingly.

Yes, I am sure Mobicip will respond to your cancel service email. NOT.
They have not responded to any of my request to cancel my service.
Perhaps after filing a formal complaint, they will. I am glad that I work in an attorney's office!

The school where I work has had huge problems not receiving yahoo email for several months now. Started around August 2014. If you have a yahoo email, I recommend sending the request from another email account.

You are very vague about the necessary steps needed to cancel, if I am not informed promptly and specifically on how to cancel i will simply alert my bank and have then put a stop on any and all payment requests from you. I will also be reporting your questionable business tactics.
