cancelling my account

Dear customor support. I am trying to cancel my account before it is automatically renewed. I DO NOT want my account charged and renewed but your company makes it very difficult to get ahold of anyone without a contact #. I have noticed many complaints of people who would like to cancel not getting through to your company. How can I resolve this issue ASAP.

Cancel My Account

Join the club. This site just suffles you back and forth between the same pages with no ability to cancel. I will put a notice out on Yelp and e-Opinions about inability to cancel.

I didn't.know it charged u and I'm young and don't have a job so u will be disappointed with the amount of money u get so delete my account now please before the renewal

To cancel your account and or subscription, all you need to do is get in touch with our Email Support. We will do the same at our end and send you a confirmation email. Please confirm contact via your Mobicip - registered email id and we will proceed accordingly.

Terminate Service

Yes, I am sure Mobicip will respond to your cancel service email. NOT.

They have not responded to any of my request to cancel my service.

Perhaps after filing a formal complaint, they will. I am glad that I work in an attorney's office!

We are terribly sorry for the poor experience you have had. We do respond to cancellation requests routinely. Recently, Yahoo email had started blocking emails sent from the Mobicip server. Our emails were not even classified as spam, but were summarily blocked by the email service provider. This was not specific to Mobicip Support, but due to a policy change made by Yahoo that we were not compliant with. We have since corrected the problem. However, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
 
If you can please let us know the email id through which you contacted us, we will check the reason why that request was not processed.

yahoo mail

The school where I work has had huge problems not receiving yahoo email for several months now. Started around August 2014. If you have a yahoo email, I recommend sending the request from another email account.

cancelling account

You are very vague about the necessary steps needed  to cancel, if I am not informed promptly and specifically on how to cancel i will simply alert my bank and have then put a stop on any and all payment requests from you. I will also be reporting your questionable business tactics.

We are sorry for leaving an impression that we are being sneaky about subscription renewals and account cancellation. We take great pride in providing the service we offer, and we take customer feedback seriously. Your feedback has been reviewed at the highest levels within Mobicip and will be acted upon.
 
Please note that we do provide directions on the pricing page on how to cancel the Mobicip subscription.
The FAQ below the pricing table shows a link that a customer could use to submit a cancellation request. We receive tens of cancellation requests on a daily basis and respond to them in a prompt and efficient manner. Having said that, we will work on making this more seamless by allowing cancellation from within the account and app.

My account will renew tomorrow on the 7th. Please cancel my membership, I do not wish to continue. Thank you
