I sent a cancel request to support@mobicip.com on May 18th upon receiving a notice that my renewal would happen soon. No response was received, nor was my account cancelled as I was just billed for $39.99 today. Why make us email you to cancel (instead of having a feature to do it on the website like it should be) and then ignore the email? I've just emailed again, and I expect my account to be properly cancelled, and I expect to have the $39.99 refunded to me.

It appears that you contacted our Email Support and got the refund, since you posted here.
