I am having trouble logging in to mobicip on my son's ipod touch.  I can log on fine on our desktop, but when I try to log in on the touch, I get the error message "Network Error -  Error connecting to the server".  I have purchased the premium and the app from itunes.  help!

Re: Can not log in from my touch

Hello formykids

We are sorry for the trouble you are having.

Is there a possibility that your son's device has the date and time set up wrong? Our dev team mentioned that this is the primary reason for the error message, so please go ahead and make sure that the time and date are set correctly on the device and let us know if this resolved the issue.

If the problem still persists, please let us know and we will investigate further asap.

IPOD works but MOBICIP no longer connects

We had it working fine. I tested my daughter's ipod by restoring firefox...and it connected no problem.

We are not getting an error message....just not connecting.

Does the site go down from time to time?

Re: child is asked to log on to mobi

We are sorry for the trouble you are having. If setup correctly, you will need to login and enable the Mobicip browser only once. It will automatically remember the credentials and authenticate during subsequent sessions. It should not ask for the Mobicip login details every time you launch it. There might have been a temporary glitch in our server that could have caused this issue. We suggest that you try the following steps and check if it resolves the issue.

1. Double press the home button in your device
2. The apps that are currently running will be displayed at the bottom
3. Press and hold Mobicip icon and remove it from there
4. Then come back to the home screen by pressing the home button once

Then launch Mobicip app and check if you are able to login without being asked for the parent login credentials. Please let us know if the issue still persists and we will investigate further asap. We really appreciate your help and patience as we work towards your satisfaction.

Re: same problem

We are extremely sorry for the trouble you are having. If you get the 'Network error, Error connecting to the internet' error, please check and make sure that the date and time on the device is set up correctly. The primary reason for the error is due to the time/date that are not correctly set up on the devices.

Please send an email with your Mobicip-registered email id to Mobicip Support if you still have issues and we will investigate the issue asap.
