Every so often during the day snapchat will stop and this message comes up on the screen
This app is blocked because Mobicips filtering is disabled
To fix the problem
Check if your internet connection is on
Turn your wi fi off and back on
Put your phone in and out of airplane mode
The wifi is on and working as all other devices function
It will open snapchat if turn phone on and off or just wait a while?
