On Windows 10 the monitored accouns can't go online due to a Mobicip passsword mismatch prompt. I can log on to the web portal but cannot log into the app on the PC, due to the same mismatch error prompt.
I've tried changing the password via the web interface to no avail. I can't even uninstal the sofware because of the rejected password prevents the uninstal process, I can't even roll Windows back to a prior restore point due to this blocking which I'm pretty furious about.
I put a support ticket in regarding this on Friday April 21, it's now Wednesday 26th and have had no response back which is very poor indeed.
This is a known issue by Mobicip as ohers have reported it, please advise how to fix this problem as at the moment the only way my children can use the PC is without protection.
