There are 4 child accounts on my Wondows 10 PC, and Mobicip was previously working fine in terms of blockg/allowing them to request access to various sites. But all of a sudden, for every account except my admin account, it gives this error message, "authentication failed due to password mismatch", and won't allow their accounts to browse to any website at all. How can I fix this?

I am having the same problem. I tried changing the password and it didnt hep. I contacted Mobicip but did not get a response. Help!

I am also having this problem and am at my wits end with your service. I emailed customer service twice and they suggested that I change my password. I did so- twice. My daughters computer is still in lockdown for "Authentication failure due to password mismatch." We haven't been able to use the computer for TWO weeks. Your responses are unacceptable. Consider me a VERY I satisfied customer!!

Having same issue. Daughter could not use computer at debate tournament. Have not heard from anyone. Have reset password twice. Not happy with this product at all.

Authentication Failed
This help forum is no help help at all when there isn't an answer posted that can help others who are having the same problem.
We are having the "authentication failed due to password mismatch" issue on our home computer when my daughter uses her Windows 10 login. The "login again" link on the page is not available, so we can't even try to use another password.

I made it work
I ran into this issue today. The error message about mismatched passwords was locking all the child accounts. Changing passwords didn't help.
I uninstalled the application, downloaded the install package, and reinstalled Mobicip. That fixed the problem.
