Apps Monitoring

I just downloaded the app monitor and it said that it downloaded correctly.  When I looked to see the apps, it says "No apps found. please adjust the options and try again."  

Obviously there should be apps.  What do I need to do to get app monitor to recognize my apps?  Thanks

We are sorry for the trouble you are having. Please try to uninstall the profile from your device by launching the Settings app >> General >> Profiles >> select the EDM profile from Mobicip and click on 'Remove'. Then try reinstalling the profile and check if it works now.
Simply follow the instructions in this tutorial to get setup.
