My problem is similar to the one posted just below, but the solution to that one evidently required a phone call and wasn't explained in the forum.
I purchased Mobicip for two iPod Touches at Christmas for my children. Today I purchased the Mobicip premium service.
I have added two users and two devices using the mobicip.com website and my browser. However, the settings are not reflected in the two iPod Touches. On one device, the device name is correct but the current user name is incorrect. I am unable to edit either of these two fields in the Settings window on this device. On the other device, the device name is different from what I created through mobicip.com, but I am presented with a choice of the two different correct user names. I can switch between the users with my parental e-mail and password.
How do I get both devices to properly reflect the user and device names I set up through the premium service? Both have been cycled on and off a number of different times to no apparent effect.
