The software does not monitor my device even though it is loaded because it goes through my company's active directory. I've been told there is a new version out and being tested that will have this support but it's been 6 months. When is this expected to release and/or can I be one of the testers? I love the software but if it cannot work on my computer, I'll need to cancel

Unfortunately, we only support local workgroup accounts, as of now. We do have plans to support domain user accounts in our roadmap. We will keep you posted on any updates regarding this.

Any update
This was 7 months ago. Do you guys provide active directory support for domain user accounts? If not, what is the eta?
