I'm trying to log into my account from the app, and everytime I do I get the 404 error screen. I'm setting up for an android phone, and just bought the premium. How can we resolve this?
Please note that error code 404 indicates the reason - 'Device registered as premium with another account'. Do you know if the device was enabled using a different Mobicip Premium account? If yes, then the device has to be released from the previous account before it can be enabled using the new account.
If you can please let us know the email address that was used for enabling the device in the past, we will release the device from that account at our end. Then you will be able to login using your new account.
Thank you for confirming the email but we need more info to proceed further. Hope you understand that it is not possible for us to remove a device from an active Premium account without proper verification/confirmation from the account owner. So, please send an email to our Email Support from your registered email id mentioning the last four digits of the card used for the Premium purchase done through the account jairus53@hotmail.com and we will act accordingly.
