We are very frustrated. We bought the subscription and nothing is able to be set up. We are unable to load a profile and unable to even see the device in our list of devices. The Mobcap Safe Browser has been installed and the login info provided there successfully. Then we logged into our mobicip account on the device’s safari browser and followed the instructions. After all and hours working on it, the device does not appear in the list. It also does not appear in the list online. Nothing is working.
What in the world is going on? Is this what everyone goes through?
