I don't want my subscription to be renewed automatically. I want to be given the option of chosing if I want to renew it or stop it. How do I do that? Or shall I just have to give my bank the order to stop payments?
We have looked up your email addres on our database and have made sure that your premium subscription will not be automatically renewed. We are working on a major update of our website and implementing a better order management system which will take care of this issue is part of the update.
In the meantime, users who do not want their subscriptions to be automatically renewed can send an email to Mobicip Support requesting a cancellation of their renewal and our customer support team will take care of the request immediately. In case the automatic renewal has been processed and your credit card is charged, again, please send an email to Mobicip Support and we will process a refund immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We need to know your account email to honor your request. So, please contact our Email Support via your Mobicip - registered email id and we will act accordingly.
As per your request, we went ahead and canceled the auto-renewal of your Premium subscription. Please be assured that your subscription will not be renewed automatically when it expires on Nov 7, 2012.
However, we would really appreciate if you could share the reason for your dissatisfaction with Mobicip. It will help us understand any problems and resolve it for all users.

Please note that your subscription was renewed in accordance with the terms you agreed to during sign up. The automatic renewal process and subscription model is mentioned on our website, sign-up process and terms. We apologize if this was not made clear to you when you purchased the subscription last year. Also, you should have received an email notification to your registered email id about the auto-renewal, seven days before the subscription was renewed.
It appears that you simultaneously contacted our Email Support reg the same concern and got your refund back.

I've emailed the support and still no answers, so I am asking in this public forum, please can someone refund these charges.

I renewed today June 11th, 2016 manually. I did not know it was set on auto renew. Please stop it from auto renewing on June 13th. Thank you.
