My daughter is in 7th grade. With Mobicip turned on her zaner-bloser online ebook just appears as random text (does not issue a block message). When disabling it works as it should.
Here's the URL for the eBook https://my.zaner-bloser.com/product/21890/38813
Mobicip cannot be used on her Chromebook because it blocks her schoolbooks.

Re: Online school ebook blocked and cannot allow access
This email is reg the issue you reported about accessing ebook in Mobicip enabled Chromebook. We checked and see that the site is a School portal that requires login. Will it be possible for you to provide the username and password for the site temporarily, so that our dev team can look into the issue and fix it? This will help us resolve the issue faster. You can change the credentials once the issue is fixed. Also let us know your Mobicip - registered email id for further investigation. You can send an email to our Email Support with these info.

Re: Zaner Bloser not working on Mobicip
Hello Brad
Please try reloading (ctrl+r) the textbook window that is showing random text and it should load the e-book. Please try this workaround for now and check if it helps. Meanwhile, we are working on the issue and it should be fixed in next release.

Hi -
I tried the recommended workaround, but the behavior with Mobicip enabled now has changed. Instead of rendering a pop-up with random text on the screen it instead goes to attempt a download of a file. This file is unable to open and an invalid format.
Unfortunately this still means that we cannot enable Mobicip as she cannot access her online text books. Thank you for your continued assistance here.
