Mobicip is NOT filtering any content in IE 8 on Windows 7 (64 bit).
I am using Nortons Security Suite. - noticed that this could affect filtering in another post but didn't see any followup on how to resolve.
I do have all the users setup under the "Mobicip Filter Settings" when I log in to Mobicip - none are left "Select User".

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our dev team is actively troubleshooting the problem and we will post an update regarding this as soon as we hear from them.

Our dev team investigated this issue and they suspect that the Norton security suite is possibly hijacking your internet traffic and preventing Mobicip filter from working properly including collecting your internet activity reports. While Mobicip works well with Norton's Internet Safety 2011, 2010 and Norton 360, it doesn't work with Norton's parental control solution also known as Norton Safety Minder. Can you please turn the Safety Minder off and try browsing the internet? Please make sure that you have turned on Mobicip by choosing a child user for the Windows user account that you will be browsing from.

Still not solved
Hey I am having a similar problem. I am using Windows 8.1 surface pro, 64bit. I unistalled Norton Family Security, rebooted my computer, then installed mobicip 64 bit and am still having this problem. Any updates on the solution? I have the basic subscription model.
