Installing this program caused the craigslist app to be deleted. I added it to the whitelist, but I want the app back, not just to be able to surf the website. How can I change this?
We are sorry for the trouble you are having. Please note that our app runs in a sandbox and cannot affect anything in the system, and this is a restriction imposed by Apple that no developer can violate even if we wanted to.
So, we suggest that you recheck if the issue is actually caused by Mobicip. We also suggest that you try downloading the craigslist app again and check if it works fine with Mobicip on the device. You can even try deleting Mobicip from the iPhone and check if you are able to see the Craigslist app then. To delete Mobicip app, press and hold the icon until it begins to wiggle and then delete. Please note that you can always restore the Mobicip app (or any other app for this matter) from App store for no additional charge, by using the same iTunes account you used for purchasing the app the first time.
However, if you are very confident that Mobicip is the only app that is conclusively causing the problem, please let us know and we will investigate further asap. We appreciate your co-operation and patience as we work towards your satisfaction.
