I've been trying to allow youtube while using the mobicip browser to filter content on my daughters iTouch. I've followed the instructions I've found on the mobicip website, but if I turn youtube off on the iTouch, and then allow it on the mobicip premium web site, it allows the youtube site to load, but all the content is blocked. Then every time I try to search something else on the youtube page, the mobicip browser just crashes.
Any help would be appreciated.

Dissapointed
I just bought this app and installed it to find the number 1 site on the net youtube.com is either completely restricted or completely open. Whether the resident you tube app is enabled or disabled ALL videos are blocked when attempting to watch them through your browser. Nor is there any logging of content launched through the resident youtube app. This is very dissapointing! Any help would be appreciated.
Is it safe to assume this is a limitation of ALL iTouch parental control sw?
YouTube Filtering Issues
In case you haven't seen this tutorial, it provides simple instructions to setup YouTube filtering through the Mobicip browser.
As mentioned in the article, please note that there is a caveat in using this feature. It turns out that the only mechanism to play YouTube videos is through the YouTube application itself. So if the YouTube app is disabled (following the instructions in the tutorial), and Mobicip provides filtered access to YouTube.com, none of the videos will be playable. At this time, the only way to make YouTube videos playable through the Mobicip browser is by making the YouTube app itself available. But this app directly provides unfiltered access to YouTube content, rendering Mobicip's filtering redundant.
Having said that, some parents still use it by having their children commit to accessing YouTube only via the Mobicip browser. This may not work for everyone, and that is why we wanted to highlight this issue. We are working with Apple to find a resolution for this problem. Please bear with us and we hope to have a solution that works as expected.

browser crashing
Thanks for the quick reply! I didn't catch this caveat. Hopefully you will be able to get it resolved with Apple.
In the mean time, I've removed the youtube restriction from the touch, but the mobicip browser keeps crashing when I try and do a search on youtube. Sometimes the first search works, but then the next search causes the browser to crash.
