If you have setup the Time Limits feature in your Mobicip account, please take a minute to login at http://www.mobicip.com, select Settings > Time Limits, and setup your time zone.
This will ensure your time limits settings are based on the time zone you select and more importantly, account for daylight savings if applicable.
If you do not select the time zone at this time, the time limits you had setup will continue to be applied, but potentially with a one-hour offset due to the daylight savings time change.

4 comments postedI find it frustrating that on my time limits page the box(that contains the green squares/X squares) is not lined up with the time and day headings. Its like a guessing game to check the right boxes. The whole page appears to need better formatting. Perhaps its just my computer. Even with this tiny irritation I love the software. I agree with the above post. I am glad to hear it is being addressed. It also appears that I cannot block the times from exactly 12:00am until 5:00am. It seems to be blocking from 11:00pm on when I select the box next to the 12:00am column. Am I doing something wrong?
We sincerely apologize for the trouble you are having. Please note that the time limits grid will show up from 12am to 12am. The first column begins with 12am-5am and then, the grid expands for each hour until 10pm. At 10pm, it stops and has the last column for 10pm-12am. So, essentially, you can restrict your child from accessing Mobicip from 10pm-12am and then from 12am-5am. We do not have cells by the hour for this time since we believe most parents do not want their kids to browse during this time.
From a design point of view it was difficult to fit every one hour slot on the table and keep it simple and user-friendly at the same time.
One thing we can do is to have an advanced time limits graph that will be even more fine-grained than the regular one. We will forward your comment and request to our dev team and get back to you with an update soon. We really appreciate your patience as we work on this concern.
