Why does my browser open to a blank white screen?

One of our servers had a temporary technical glitch early this morning and users in a particular region have this problem where the browser opens to a blank white screen.

UPDATE: The server issue has been completely resolved now. You should now be able to launch and use Mobicip's Safe Browser normally without any problems.

Please be assured that we care deeply about our users' experience and put in our best effort to restore service to the affected users immediately. We sincerely apologize for the unexpected glitch and will take steps and implement processes to prevent this from happening again. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Browser Opening to a blank white screen

We are experiencing the same issue.  The browser opens to a blank white screen.  When we attempt to load a web page, we receive, after a short while, we receive an error message "Error-The request timed out".  Is there something that we are doing incorrectly?

Re: Browser Opening to a blank white screen

We are sorry for the trouble you are having. We will make sure that we troubleshoot this issue and resolve it to your satisfaction.

1. Can you please let us know the Mobicip version that you are using on your device? If you are using an older version of the app (current version is V.2.5.5), can you please update it to the latest version?

2. Can you please try opening Safari and try browsing a website? If you are able to browse without any issues, then we can rule out the possibility of any problems with network connectivity on the device.

3. If you have the latest version of the app, please doubleclick the home button and delete the Mobicip Safe Browser app that may be running in the background. Now, launch the app and see if the app works.

If none of the above resolves your issue, please send an email to Mobicip Support with your Mobicip-registered email address and we will investigate further asap.
