Wanted basic on two itouches but got premium on one

I wanted to purchase a second compy of the basic software. So while on the website I went to add another user. The only option to do that was to buy premium which I did. But then I went to the second itouch and tried to figure out how to download the second user software and couldn't figure out how to do it. Is there an order to this that has to be followed, for example, you must purchase the software on each device separately and then go to your online account to see if the itouch is registered? if that is the case then why would you be able to add a user at your account without first having purchased the software on the second device? I was able to create a second user on the account before I purchased the software for that user. Must be that I just don't understand how to download the ap.

The Safe Browser app can be installed on multiple iDevices in your household for no additional charge. If you use the same iTunes account / library to sync the devices, then the app will be installed automatically on the second device when it is sync'ed with the iTunes library on your computer.

If the second device is sync'ed with a separate iTunes account (for instance, each child may have his/her own iTunes account) and library on the same or another computer, Apple provides a feature called Home Sharing that allows iTunes purchases to be shared. Follow the link below to learn how to setup Home Sharing across your home computers or iTunes libraries - iTunes 9: Understanding Home Sharing.

You are correct. The basic Mobicip.com account allows you to setup only one child user. If the second user is at the same filtering level, then you can just use that one user profile on the second device as well. If the second user is at a different filtering level, you may want to consider the Premium service that allows setting up multiple users at different filtering levels under the same account. Mobicip.com Premium is available for an annual subscription per device. You can learn more at http://www.mobicip.com/online_safety/pricing.

However, you don't need the Premium service if your only requirement is to setup users at different filtering levels, and if you don't see any need for the other features of the Premium account - custom  filtering settings, email reports, etc. You can simply setup a separate Mobicip.com basic account at the filtering level you need. Of course you will need to use an alternate email address to create this account, but that is about all you will need. Simply install the Safe Browser app on the second device as described above, launch the app, and press the Create New Account button.

Please let us know if this answers your questions. Otherwise we will be happy to assist further.
