iPod Touch Issues
Hello,
We have been getting a few emails from iPod touch users with this same issue. It appears there may have been a compatibility issue when we submitted the application. We changed the setting last night at 10:00 p.m., so if you have already downloaded the application last night before this change went through, you may need to download the application with the recent change. Here's our suggestion:
1) Try deleting the old version from your iTunes and iPod touch. Then re-download the application from the App Store.
2) Make sure that your iPod Touch has been upgraded to the latest software version. This may solve some of the compatibility issues.
If these solutions don't work for you, know that we are continuing to troubleshoot the problem. We won't rest until we solve each individual issue we hear about.

Installs fine on iPod Touch
Unfortunately, we are not able to see this issue. We are able to install Mobicip without problems on the iPod Touches we have tested on.
Has anyone that had this problem tried Gene's suggestions? Does the app install correctly on the iPod Touch now? Please let us know.
UPDATE:
We got confirmation from users that ran into this issue before that they are able to get the Mobicip browser installed correctly on their iPod Touch. Thanks.
Wont Install on 2.21
Hi, Thought that It had not installed but found out that it was me that did not know how to scroll through the pages on my son touch.
No.1 son was less than impressed with the idea of parental control and rendered no assistance.
many thanks
Thank you
