I'm not successfull in changing the time limitations: it seems that the changes were not taken into account !
Thanks to solve this issue and to comment why it's not working sometimes and working another times...

Our dev team got back to us and informed that the incorrect entries in your settings have been corrected. You should now be able to set the time limits properly.
