I'm an avid mobicip user and love it's usage. I've run into a problem where certain sites do not load or function as well on Mobicip as they do on say Safari.
Such sites include Twitter.com (only a black screen), ESPN (shows me only text but leaves out most images), CNNSI (similar to ESPN), CNN and Facebook (only shows me a text version).
I use Whitelisting only and do not allow to visiting sites outside of ones that are whitelisted. I'm also wondering if there is a way to allow Google Reader and Documents, but not allow Google itself. I've run into this problem because when I go to sign in, I am taken to a google.com address.
Any suggestions?

Re: Sites not functioning and using all of their features

Thank you for bringing the websites to our attention. We suspect that whitelisting just the websites may be causing the problem since some websites pull their image, js and css files from a totally different domain. For example, our own website www.mobicip.com pulls its image files from another domain. We have requested our dev team to look into the sites that you mentioned and see if we can identify the other domains that need to be whitelisted so that the pages display correctly. If you know of the domain names already, please go ahead and add them to your whitelist and the websites should come up correctly.
We will post an update to the domain list as soon as we hear from our dev team.

Our dev team has provided the list of domain names that need to be whitelisted for the websites to work properly. Please see below the list:
espn - espncdn.com
cnn - cdn.turner.com
facebook - fbcdn.net
since sports illustrated is from cnn, their CDN's are the same.
twitter - twimg.com
We hope adding the above to your whitelist resolved the issue. If you still have issues, please send a note to Mobicip Support and we will investigate further asap.
