recent changes of filtering for german websites?

were there any changes for german-language websites recently? Since a couple of days, there are NUMEROUS websites not accessible, that actually were previously (non-premium, highschool-level). Just ONE example:

http://www.swr3.de/info/verkehr/-/id=64074/cf=42/1059gfn/index.html

Website of a local radio station which gives information about traffic-jams. Seems not too offensive to me?

[update: the site mentioned above now works again - thank you, I use it every morning before I drive to my office]

Could you please comment on that. With the current situation mobicip gets more and more unusable (and no, I'm not going to upgrade to premium and start whitelisting douzends of pages after each google search...)

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Günther - from germany

[update: also - thank you very much for this software, since it helps us parents a lot. Also my son is very content about that, since the temptation to look for "special sites" is reduced to near zero. We agreed about installing this software and he is really thankful about the present situation - the whole familiy is more relaxed. Just to give you some positive feedback and not to focus only on the things we are looking forward to be improved ]
