Purchased mobicip from i tunes apps. Upgraded........and upgrade hasn't happened. I have google receipt.

Purchased mobicip from i tunes apps. Upgraded, no prem service?

I did as suggested and launched mobicip from the web broswer, still no premium web service.  Please advise.
