I have purchased the Premium filter, put in m.youtube.com, youtube.com, and a bunch of google images sites into the "block" list, however when I go to my son's Iphone it still lets me access those sites. I've rebooted his phone and tried this again several times, but it still allows me to get right in.
any ideas?

We are extremely sorry for the trouble you are having. We believe that at the time of access, your premium subscription has not yet been applied on your device and hence you were able to access the blacklisted websites. Please note that it will take up to 30 minutes for your premium purchase to be applied to your account and to be picked up by your device. Please try accessing the websites one more time and let us know if the problem persists by sending an email to Mobicip Support.
