I just set up my daughters iPod touch and on the elementary level none of the nick sites would come up. Nick jr. Was about it. Iswti he'd to the high school level and the same thing. Whenever I set up parental controls on a computer, one of the sites I put in is hate.com. It comes up in your browser. I can't get nick but I can get Hate.com.

Hello Jonemmet
Thank you for contacting Mobicip. We are sorry that you are having trouble using Mobicip. I am sure we will be able to resolve it soon.
We constantly evolve our filtering policy and algorithm based on feedback from users and parents. We are looking into the false positive and false negative you have reported. We will post an update as soon as it is resolved.
Meanwhile, an update has been submitted to Apple that will allow customization of filtering policy and monitoring of Internet usage. Once this version is available, you will be able to add or delete websites yourself and control the policy settings.
Hope this answers your question.
Thanks

Why is the Webkinz and Build A Bear websites not allowed in your browser? I have my childs iPhone set up at the middle school level.

As you know, Mobicip's filtering policy is based on US K-12 school recommendations. Online gaming and shopping sites are blocked by default according to the school settings. While it is effective and meets the needs of most parents, it is a one-size fits all filtering policy and may not be applicable to everyone.
We do allow individual parents to adjust the filtering policy for their children. To do so, you will need to purchase the Mobicip.com Premium subscription service. Simply login at www.mobicip.com and click Settings > Devices > Upgrade Now.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
