Ah! Good catch. You are right, we need to fix the tag when access is blocked outside of the allowed time. Our engineers are actually working on this and we couldn't get it done when we rolled out the beta version. Please bear with us and the message should eventually be correct.
We will post an update here when the issue is resolved. Your feedback is much appreciated.
