Have Mobicip running fine on iPad2. Online account and iPad2 account are both behaving well. Just purchased 2 new licenses for Windows 7 version of Mobicip. Installed per directions on website. All seems to have installed fine, but when i launch the Mobicip client on Win7, I get a "Login Failed! (2)" message everytime in the Login window. I am using my email address and the correct password (yes, I have checked for caps lock etc.). I even changed the password on the Mobicip website (which I can still login to with no issues) to see if that would help, but no luck.
Anyone have the same issues with Win7? Any hints as to what to try next?
Thanks!

Still having same issue with new account

Created an entirely new account on a separate email address. Still having the exact same issue. Win7 client will not login and will only show the "Login Failed! (2)" error. Tried from a separate PC on different network with no filtering, no anti-virus, etc. Seems more like an issue with Mobicip. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks!

I have the same issue. I have mobicip on two iphones - no issues. Added it to a netbook...working fine. Just added it to a HP Windows 7 account. Downloaded per instructions. Tried to launch the icon to finish the set up and it keeps saying that my login failed. it reads: Login Failed! (2)
I know that the email and password are right and caps arent' locked.
Pls help both of us!
Thanks
Same Problem for me

@bkbrowning
I'm a new user. Registered a new account. My own laptop running Windows XP can log on to Mobicip's site just fine. I did the same thing you did, and had exactly the same problem ("Login Failed! (2)" on my child's new laptop running Windows 7, 64-bit version.
Surely can use some help. Hope they monitor this forum over the Christmas holiday. Otherwise, we could be looking for a long long delay.

I followed the 'buy now' message filled out the info and paid. I then downloaded the 64bit version for my daughters new laptop and installed however when i launch the Mobicip and attempt parent login I get Login Failed! (2) although I can log into the web site fine so the user name and password spelling shouldn't be a factor. Please Help Me!

Log in failed every time with Windows 7

I have the same problem. I purchased the Windows 7 Premium, but have not been able to login to use it. Very frustrating. This issue has negatively impacted a little girls Christmas.
Technical support has not been much help. Someone with the helpdesk called, and was unsuccessful at getting it up and running said they would call back same time next day. I have not heard from them since.
I need a fix or a refund.

I followed your directions to uninstall Mobicip and downloand the latest version to fix my Windows7 login failure. Now I get an error during installation that says it cannot find curllib.dll. I downloaded this file and put it in the Mobicip directory and in the Windows/system32 directory. I still cannot get Mobicip to install. Please help.

I am having the same problem. Has this issue been fixed yet? I tried to uninstall Mobicip but it asked me to login and of course that doesn't work. Please advise. Even though I paid for this, I am now using Windows Live Family Safety because Mobicip is not working. Windows Live is free.
I appreciate a response ASAP. Thank you.

I'm having the same problem. Can't uninstall. Pop up comes up saying there is an update but when I click on it nothing happens or it takes me to a web page that closes. My son can't finish his paper because Mobicip is blocking everything in sight and I've lifted all restrictions I can find. I've even deleted his name from the account. I'm very frustrated. I can log on to Mobicip via the internet with my log in id but when the uninstall program asks me to log in it says log in failed. Not he can't to anything with his computer. Very disappointed!!
