This just in from one of our subscribers. Thank you Lee for sharing this response. We appreciate your efforts as we patiently wait for Apple to approve our solution. Readers, if you are so inclined, feel free to reach out to Apple via the link below to support our efforts.
Actually got a reply: Thank you for taking the time to contact Apple about improving iTunes. Apple recognizes that no one is better qualified to provide feedback about iTunes than the people who use it. I understand that you are concerned about the Parent Controls for the iPod Touch. My name is Floyd, please know that I can appreciate your concerns and I am happy to address them for you. I have forwarded your concerns directly to Apple and I encourage you to use the iTunes Feedback page to submit your comments as well: http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html Your efforts to share your feedback are very much appreciated.
Sincerely,
Floyd

Mobicip is implemented as a service which gives us some unique capabilities. The table below highlight's Mobicip's advantages.
# As shown on SafeEyes MobileTM website and iTunes on 1/31/2009
% Introductory offer - price subject to change
* In addition to URL-filtering, Mobicip dynamically analyzes content real-time, offering an additional layer of security
As you can see from the table above, there are a few differences which distinguish Mobicip from other solutions.
Our solution brings the proven technology and safeguards that have protected schools and many top corporations into your home. Our goal is to secure ALL the devices you use to reach the Internet, not just the iPhone. One subscription with Mobicip will cover them all. With other solutions, you may need to purchase separate solutions for different platforms.
I hope this helps to answer your question. Feel free to send an email to support@mobicip.com if you have any further questions.

It appears that Safe Eyes Mobile received its approval from Apple yesterday. The website has been updated to link straight to their app in iTunes instead of just collect email addresses of those insterested. This should mean that approval of Mobicip should not be too far off!!
Staplewonder, thanks for the update. We got a call from Apple yesterday confirming that Mobicip is on track to be approved and we have no reason to be concerned about any quality or other issues with the app.
We believe that the Mobicip app should be approved soon. Thank you all for your patience.
