Issues with the new Apple Ipod Update 4.3

We allowed our son to install the latest Ipod update to his Ipod 32GB tonight. Now we are unable to sync several apps including the Mobicip. Itunes reports the Mobicip app was not installed "because an unknown error occurred (0xE8003FFE)". Is there a compatibility issue between the Mobicip app and the latest Ipod software update?

Thanks,

Seth Carwyn

Re: Issues with the new Apple Ipod Update 4.3

We sincerely apologize for the trouble you are having and for the delay in replying to this forum post. Mobicip is compatible with the latest version of the iOS. We have tested installing Mobicip on the latest iOS and we didn't come across the error message you reported.

We looked at some discussion forums online and found that if you have turned 'Installing apps' to off on your device, then you may come across this error. Please launch the 'Settings' app and go to General >> Restrictions (type in your 4-digit passcode) >> Turn Installing apps to ON. Now, you should be able to install the apps on your son's device without any issues. Please do not forget to turn Installing apps to OFF once the apps are installed.
