Just downloaded and installed this on my son's iPod Touch today. All other apps requiring network connection work fine (weather and news apps). When I bring up Mobicip, the wifi connectivity gets interrupted and suddenly I'm prompted for the wifi password. When I stop the app, the connectivity restores without the password prompt.

Re: iPod Touch loses connectivity when starting up Mobicip

We are sorry for the trouble you are having.
Are you sure that the connectivity issue is happening due to Mobicip? We have known instances where iPods or iPads are defective and request the WiFi password off and on. Once we had to replace our own iPad due to this issue. In those cases, it had nothing to do with Mobicip itself and the root cause was a problem on that particular device.
In any case, our engineering team is investigating the problem to be sure that Mobicip is not causing this problem. We know for a fact that Apple does not allow third-party developers to interfere with lower level network connectivity like WiFi. But please bear with us as we investigate and clear the air on this issue.
We do, however, appreciate your enthusiastic feedback and participation.
